General Notes

Installation & Maintenance

Assembly must be completed by 6pm on Friday May 25th (Prior access can be arranged). Dismantling should take place on the Sunday evening after the event closes.

All display materials will be supplied to competitors on a deposit basis only.

All Garden Challenge exhibits must be maintained in "show" quality throughout the 2-day event.

Any maintenance and watering needs to take place daily before the opening of the Show and/or after the closing of the Show by competitors. Water and hoses will be available.

Competitors must ensure that their exhibit site is left free of debris and that all waste, including unwanted soil and plant material is disposed of correctly.

Health, Safety & Security

At all times competitors must abide by the event organisers' rules and requirements for show health and safety. This relates to items including but not limited to safe passage of vehicles within the show site, safe use of machinery, safe handling of heavy and/or hazardous materials and substances and the safe use of electricity where a power source is made available. Competitors are advised that any items including the exhibit are left at own risk during the show and subsequent breakdown.
